ANYWAY, I know what you are probably thinking. How can a little Blikkim, a CHILD, get a hold of such dangerous material? Obviously frosting is not the same as our earth frosting but it has surprisingly similar properties.

Notice Uli is wearing clothes. Remember I said that only the wealthy Blikkims can afford any. How can a small Blikkim like her be wealthy without a family? Well, soon after Blikkims are born, remember they are given basic knowledge of their assigned profession and are soon capable of working already. They will not be promoted to a really tough job that the adults do, but they do work. Uli probably works and helps somewhere that she makes quite a bit of money.

Now, onto explaining the frosting. Uli is actually going to be a soldier when she is older. [She is not a soldier now, she is a bit young and still needs to grow, however soldiers-in-training have other things to do, of which can be high-paying jobs like i said earlier, but that is rare. That is why most Blikkims end up being soldiers yet are still dirt-poor.] Now, frosting is used as a weapon in the battlefield for obvious reasons. It is highly dangerous and even a drop can be lethal. Being shot or submerged in it will result in death almost immediately. Now,this stuff is found everywhere on the battlefield! And being a soldier-in-training, she probably was able to find a container and hide it. Carrying frosting around like that is actually illegal in cities, because of the danger.
