kk, I'll do nightmare moon next :3 she's liak so awesome.
here's discord, cuz he's also a baddeh P: (and also in a quite old drawing. xD)
Well I'm very impressed by the picture, very eye-catching for sure. I really like the shading and the lighting of this picture. It really shows the 'evil' of her. The changelings in the background are a very nice touch as well. ^^
Some things you can improve with: I had to stare at this picture for a while to finally figure out some things(and they are not that many. lol)
Despite the awesome green lighting for this picture, I would have to say it is a little too 'bright'. When a person first look at the picture, its pretty natural that they would look at first the lighting before looking at Queen Chrysalis.
Also another thing to point out(though its not as important) are the hind legs. They look kind of curved near the end which you won't see on her. lol
But that's all I can find. lol Great job again! I know its not much of a critique but its the best I can do. XD
Vision: I really like this drawing, and you definitely got the whole "Chrysalis was completely evil, just deal with it yo" point across beautifully.
Originality. If there's one thing I can't deal with, it's people making bad guys out as the victim, or thinking that they're just misunderstood and just need love. You did a great job in portraying Chrysalis as she truly is, a complete monster that nearly took down Canterlot by herself. Kudos to you!
Technique: Great work on this, especially with the lightning around her horn. The narrow range of colors helps extenuate the starkness of the art style, and the fanged teeth give her a serious evil edge.
Impact: thus definitely hit hard for me, and it was refreshing to see Chrysalis as she really is.
Overall: I really liked this, and you should definite,y be proud of the work that you put into it.
I actually never realized you liked MLP:FIM. I have to say, I've seen all the episodes, and the Wedding episodes are my favorite. You are so talented... I shall stare at your art FOREVER!!!! Because it's so awesome!!
