The overall picture is pleasing to the eye; the fireworks, the bright colors, beautiful hues. The only things that look a little strange are the back horns, which sort of look like deer antlers. Also, the feather on the tail is too straight, if you make the feather a little more curved it will look more natural. Also, maybe add some teeth at the very back of the top jaw. It may or not look right, but it doesn't hurt to try! Other than that, very detailed, very nice, I think this is a wonderful piece <3

Only thing I can think of are the spikes on the back, when I think of dragons, I usually imagine them with...rounder spikes, not quite as flat 030 but that's just me
also maybe a bit more 3Dish effect from shading? Aand the teeth on the top of the mouth, maybe some teeth showing from the other side of the mouth? I don't know...xD
Overall I think it is a great pic and very detailed! :3
