A Dramatic Analysis? [Tips on mood/feeling? :D]Alright, I was bored lately and decided to re-watch a bunch of my childhood movies.
So I saw Bambi again, after like... 13 years. :iconmingplz:
So usually I remember things from movies like that.
BUT NO.
13 years is too much lol.
So, anyway. I did notice something about Bambi that seems to be 'lacking' in a lot of [if not all] films nowadays.
Not entirely sure what it is. Maybe it was that I couldn't believe they made that movie like, 70 years ago and it still had the quality of movies today.
But the backgrounds were incredible, they seem to be even more realistic [or just had a greater sense of fantasy] than the painted backgrounds of traditionally animated movies nowadays. The atmosphere was sort of like a dream, honestly, in the backgrounds. And the odd thing is... the colors used were darker. O_O Now, dark colors to not necessarily create one feeling! big newswell, before i say anything else thank you for commissioning me and without you guys i never could have made it this far...
riht now i am almost at my goal for saving for a trip to Germany where I'll be working with Word of Life [a christian organization] and staying there for a few weeks.

i planned for saving for a few years but now, i am nearly there [i had planned for $4000 but i got details today about traveling there... it is MUCH less than i had ever thought]
so, without your commissions i would have never made it... i want to sincerely thank you for commissioning me and for commenting and keeping me going! [even though i would have kept going if all i got was hate comments... you guys were the ones who gave me exposure to people, and pointed out the mistakes i have made]
i am so excited.

i love everybody equally, no matter who you are, what you look like, or what your choices are. everyone deserves the same amount of love and respect.
and even though i may not show it, it is the one thing i have tried to work hard on about myself, i cannot be perfect, and i will falter when it comes to this, but it is really important for me to have this viewpoint on everyone. so yes i know i have obviously made many mistakes in the past, but each time it happens i try to recognize it and it helps me and motivates me to try and get to this goal, even if it just a little. i know i can seem like a bad person but you know now i want to be better.

She had a raspy voice and yellow teeth.
Her pelt is dark gray, and her eyes are orange. The color of a lit cigarette and its contents. Even worse, her apprentice was CINDERpelt.
AND SHE DIED OF SMOKE. AHAAAAA.

Going Away To College.Got my college acceptance letter! I'm going to college at WCU (Western) and I'm rooming with my best friend!! Doesn't get better than that shit! c:
First choice college and I got in and...jerg;org meeps!! I was afraid my SAT scores wouldn't be high enough but they were some how and everything is great and dandy and my boyfriend, Rob, who I have yet to tell you guys about is with me this whole week and I am a freaking ball of happiness right now!!

For all the nice comments and support from everyone who showed concern for me over the past couple weeks...

I read every single one of your comments and some of your life stories and your own experiences, and every one was really nice. not a single one of them was trollish, angry or anything [which on most of my 'big' drawings and such have at least one of those a lot of the time] and i may not have replied to them all but i want you to know i really appreciate it, all of them.

remember my grandparents are not only in a better place but are in an unimaginable, incomprehensibly, infinitely better place.

Mmm, that's nice. I myself am agnostic so I really don't believe in any higher authority until proven (scientifically really).
As for the afterlife I don't really think one exists and if it does I believe in the possibility of a white or black void of nothing or being reincarnated as someone else with no memory of anything that happened previously maybe even reincarnated on another planet.
The main reason I believe there is no afterlife is because before we were born there was nothing, we didn't even exist (unless we were reincarnated with no memory or prior traits) so wouldn't we cease to exist after?

Maybe I should start my own religion, I'll call it Tumblr religion (the belief that everything is Tumblr).

ive experienced my fair share of loss and pain. and even though my great grandparents are still alive ive had them taken from me and i know how that feels. i can only image the pain you are going through
